Hello and welcome to the My Homecare Crowborough website. This office is part of the My Homecare family that has over 15 year’s experience in providing care in the community to a wide variety of vulnerable people and those in need. We currently cover the areas of Crowborough, Uckfield, Heathfiled and Hartfield as well as many surrounding areas.
Our service Director, Danny Sampson, Has a background in mental health with many years of experience of supporting those with mental health difficulties in hospitals and in the community for both the NHS and various charities in Sussex, Surrey and London.
We are proud to be part of the My Homecare franchise that is ever growing and spreading fast across the UK. As a franchise, we not only have a very good management team with many years’ experience in both the NHS and privately run care and support services, but we also come with help, support and assistance from a much larger network. This means that as a service we can say with confidence that we offer nothing but high quality support and services.
As a company, we are based in the north of East Sussex and High Wield area. Currently we offer a wide range of care services that consist of domestic support and befriending services, right the way through to personal care and 24-hour response and support. In addition to this, we also offer live in care and overnight stays for those who may need both short or long term assistance with their needs. Our aim is to aid and enable those who, either through illness, injury or difficulties, are currently having difficulty maintaining their independence and quality of life whilst continuing to live in their own homes. We do this by using a person-centred approach to care. From the start, any individual who access our services will play an active role and have their own voice in everything that we do. We work by planning care with each client that is an amalgamation of both their needs and wishes. We will never do anything that is not agreed with by any of our clients or by their families.
My Homecare Crowborough Initial Needs Assessment :-
Our experienced Branch Managers will discuss your circumstances confidentially so they may help :-

Your Care Plan is developed following the Initial Needs Assessment completed by one of our managers and all information held is completely confidential. Care Plans basically explain routine tasks to be undertaken by carers, at the specific times agreed.
Information will be left at your address for both you and your carer, and this includes a Service User Guide, a copy of your Care Plan including associated Risk Assessments, our contact numbers, complaints procedure and other useful information.
The risk assessments are completed to identify any risks that may occur during a visit, to either the carer or the client. Risk assessments are designed to protect people against known dangers not to stop clients doing what they want to do.
Regular reviews of care and support we provide start from day one and will continue throughout your time with My Homecare. We expect to complete a formal face to face review every 3 month as well as making regular telephone quality checks. Our quality assurance policy ensures that you and your loved ones are happy and that we’re doing everything we can to support you.
A copy of our Review Policy detailing how and when we will review your care is available from the office.
If you are not fully satisfied with your carer, we encourage you to inform us through our quality assurance program and complaints policy. Our quality assurance policy ensures that you and your loved ones are happy and that we’re doing everything we can to support you.
If you ever feel you need someone to speak on your behalf, either to ourselves or others providing your care and support, then you can use an advocate. Advocates are people who are independent and could help you to express your views, opinions and wishes, and to obtain impartial advice.
Most people prefer to remain in the privacy and comfort of their own home, but with a level of support of assistance from a carer to help them maintain their independence.
